बिलासपुर– सोमवार से अन्य राज्यों से ट्रेन द्वारा श्रमिकों और विद्यार्थियों का रेलवे स्टेशन आना शुरू होगा, जिसे ध्यान में रखते हुए कलेक्टर ने रेलवे स्टेशन के आसपास के क्षेत्रों में व्यावसायिक दुकानों को बंद करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
रेलवे क्षेत्र में सभी व्यावसायिक गतिविधियों पर प्रतिबंध लगाया राज्य के प्रवासी मजदूर, कामगार व विद्यार्थी 11 मई को स्पेशल ट्रेन से बिलासपुर पहुंच रहे हैं। उन्हें उनके जिलों तथा ग्रामों में भेजने की व्यवस्था जिला प्रशासन द्वारा की गई है। कलेक्टर एवं जिला दंडाधिकारी डॉ. संजय अलंग द्वारा इस दौरान उनकी सुरक्षा एवं आवागमन की सुविधा की दृष्टि से बिलासपुर रेलवे स्टेशन से बुधवारी बाजार के आसपास के क्षेत्र, बिलासपुर रेलवे स्टेशन से तितली चौक एवं बिलासपुर रेलवे स्टेशन से साईं मंदिर मार्ग की समस्त व्यावसायिक प्रतिष्ठान, दुकानें तथा व्यावसायिक गतिविधियों पर आगामी आदेश तक प्रतिबंध लगाया गया है।
आदेश का उल्लंघन किये जाने पर सम्बन्धित व्यक्ति पर आपदा प्रबंधन अधिनियम 2005, भारतीय दंड संहिता 1860 तथा अन्य सुसंगत विधिक प्रावधानों के अंतर्गत कार्रवाई की जायेगी।

बता दें, कोरोना वायरस के संक्रमण को ध्यान में रखते हुए जिला बिलासपुर की राजस्व सीमा क्षेत्र में बीते 8 मई को जारी आदेश के मुताबिक धारा 144 की समय सीमा में वृद्धि करते हुए इसे 17 मई तक किया गया है, साथ ही इसके पश्चात मई महीने के प्रत्येक शुक्रवार रात्रि 7:00 बजे से सोमवार सुबह 6:00 बजे तक इसे लागू किया गया है। इस दौरान आदेश में बताई गई समस्त गतिविधियों को प्रतिबंधित किया गया है।
