गांव को संवारने नगर सैनिक बना सरपंच
तखतपुर (टेकचंद कारड़ा)- जनता सेवा करने का ऐसा जुनुन सवार हुआ, कि पंचायत चुनाव के दौरान अपने गांव आए नगर सैनिक ने अपनी नौकरी से इस्तीफा देकर ग्राम पंचायत संबलपुरी में सरपंच पद का चुनाव लड़ा, और ग्रामीणों ने भी नगर सैनिक के इस जुनुन को उसके सपने को हकीकत में तब्दील किया, और नगर सैनिक राजेश कौशिक ने 307 मतों से जीत दर्ज की।
आजकल पूरे देश में बेरोजगारी एक मुद्दा छाया हुआ है देश की बडी पार्टीयां बेरोजगारी को मुद्दा बनाकर अपनी वोट बैंक तैयार करती है पर एक रोजगार प्राप्त व्यक्ति अपनी रोजगार को त्याग कर अपने लिए वोट बैंक तैयार कर लिया। यह मामला तखतपुर विकासखण्ड अंतर्गत संबलपुरी का है जहां का युवा राजेश कौशिक नगर सैनिक की पोस्ट पर सेवाएं दे रहा था और इस पद पर रहते हुए पुलिस की वर्दी में लोगों की मदद करता रहता था और वर्दी में रहकर लोगों की सेवाएं करता रहता था जब कभी वह गांव आता तब गांव में किसी लाचार व्यक्ति को देखता तो उसकी मदद करता था। संबलपुरी पंचायत बिलासपुर मुख्यालय से लगभग दस किलो मीटर तथा विकासखण्ड से 25 किलो मीटर दूर है ग्राम पंचायत की लोगों को सुविधाएं प्राप्त करने के लिए भटकना पडता था उनकी पीडा को देखते हुए चुनाव के 15 दिन पहले गांव में घुमने आए नगर सैनिक राजेश कौशिक को पंचायत चुनाव में सरपंच पद के लिए चुनाव लडने का जुनुन चढा और उसके नगर सैनिक पद से इस्तीफा देकर सरपंच पद के लिए चुनाव लडा और जनता को यह विश्वास दिलाया कि वह नौकरी इसलिए छोडा है कि वह सच्ची सेवा अपनी गांव के लोगों की कर सके और इसी को ही अपना प्रचार का आधार बनाया और अपने निकटतम प्रतिद्धंदी बद्री विशाल साहू को 307 मतों से हराकर सरपंच बना। आज जब वह प्रमाण पत्र लेने आया तब उसने बताया कि वह अपने गांव के लोगों का ऋणी है जिन्होंने उसपर भरोसा किया और इन आने वाले पांच वर्षो में उनकी भरोसे पर पूरा खरा उतरूंगा।
