घर वापसी: 11 मई की सुबह बिलासपुर पहुंचेगी श्रमिक स्पेशल ट्रेन.. स्टेशन पहुंच कलेक्टर ने दिए दिशा-निर्देश..
बिलासपुर– छत्तीसगढ़ के प्रवासी श्रमिकों, विद्यार्थियों और कामगारों को लेकर गुजरात से आने वाली पहली ट्रेन सोमवार सुबह लगभग 10 बजे बिलासपुर स्टेशन पर पहुंचेगी। जिला प्रशासन ने इसके लिए सभी तैयारियां पूरी कर ली है।
कलेक्टर डॉ. संजय अलंग ने रेलवे स्टेशन में की गई तैयारियों का जायजा लिया और आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिये। गुजरात से 1208 श्रमिकों एवं अन्य लोगों को लेकर यह ट्रेन आ रही है। यह ट्रेन अहमदाबाद, गोधरा, रतलाम, बीना, कटनी, पेन्ड्रारोड से होते हुए बिलासपुर पहुंचेगी। इस ट्रेन में मुंगेली जिले के 20, जांजगीर-चाम्पा जिले के 53 और दुर्ग जिले के 11 लोग भी शामिल हैं।
जिला प्रशासन द्वारा बनाई गई व्वयस्था के अनुसार हर बोगी में कर्मचारियों की ड्यूटी लगाई गई है। ट्रेन के स्टेशन पहुंचने पर एक बार में अल्टरनेट चार बोगियों से यात्रियों को उतारा जायेगा। उतरने के पहले उन्हें हैंड सैनेटाइजर और मास्क दिया जायेगा। रेलवे स्टेशन के हर गेट में स्वास्थ्य विभाग की टीम तैनात रहेगी जिनके द्वारा उनका स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण व स्क्रीनिंग की जायेगी। स्टेशन के गेट नं दो से दूसरे जिलों के लोगों को स्टेशन से बाहर निकाला जायेगा। गेट नंबर तीन से मस्तूरी के तथा गेट नंबर चार से अन्य विकासखंडों के लोग बाहर निकाले जायेंगे। मजदूरों को रेलवे स्टेशन से बसों के द्वारा उनके ग्राम एवं जिलों में भेजा जायेगा, जहां उन्हें क्वारांटाइन सेंटर में रखा जायेगा। बिलासपुर जिले के लोगों के लिये 60 बसों की व्यवस्था की गई है। आने वाले लोगों को सम्बन्धित क्षेत्र के बसों में बिठाने और उनकी रवानगी के लिए कर्मचारी तैनात किये गये हैं। स्टेशन के बाहर दो 108-एम्बुलेंस भी तैनात होगी।
कलेक्टर डॉ. अलंग ने ट्रेन से श्रमिकों के उतरने के पश्चात् सामाजिक दूरी का पालन करने के लिए की गई व्यवस्था, अलग-अलग गेट पर श्रमिकों के स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण एवं बसों से रवानगी के लिए किये गये इंतजाम को देखा और अधिकारियों को व्यवस्था दुरुस्त रखने का कहा। निरीक्षण के दौरान जिला पंचायत के मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी रितेश अग्रवाल, मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ. प्रमोद महाजन अन्य विभागों के अधिकारी तथा रेलवे के अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
