कोटा (रोहित साहू)- कोटा तहसील के अंतर्गत ग्राम पंचायत परसदा पीपर खूंटी मानपुर एवं कोरी के 100 से अधिक किसानों के बीच कोरी बांध घोंघा जलाशय के किनारे खाली पड़ी जमीन के अधिपत्य को लेकर उमड़ रहा है फिर से विवाद का स्थिति , चार साल पहले कलेक्टर ठाकुर राम सिंह ने 2016 में शिव तराई पहुंचकर किसानों की पंचायत में उनकी राय से किसानों की डुबान में आई भूमि के अनुपात में बांध के किनारे जमीन उपलब्ध कराने की पहल की थी, जिसके बाद किसानों ने इसके प्रति अपनी सहमति दी थी बांध के किनारे तकरीबन 105 एकड़ रिक्त भूमि है जिसमें मानपुर कोरी एवं पीपरखूंटी के किसानो द्वारा वर्ष 2003 -04 से खेती करते आ रहे हैं ,जिस भूमि में से 54 एकड़ भूमि को वन मंडल को क्षतिपूर्ति पौधारोपण के लिए आवंटित की गई थी इस भूमि में वनविभाग द्वारा पौधा लगाने का कार्य कराया जा रहा था, जिसके बाद ग्रामीण किसानों द्वारा इसे न्यायालय के माध्यम से स्टेए लगाया गया, जिसके बाद शेष 51 एकड़ भूमि में खेती को लेकर किसानों में आपसी झगड़े शुरू हो गए किसानों का झगड़ा अब और बढ़ गया इसकी जमीन डुबान में आई थी उन्होंने बांध किनारे भूमि पर खेती शुरू की तो पीपरखूंटी के किसानों ने उस पर अपना हक जताना शुरू कर दिया इसी शिकायत जनदर्शन में भी की गई बात बढ़ने पर 2016में कलेक्टर राम सिंह एसपी रतनलाल डांगी, एवं कोटा एसडीएम तहसील अधिकारी को बांध की डूबी हुई किसानों की भूमि अनुपात में बांध के रिक्त भूमि का आवंटन करने के लिए निर्देश दिए गए थे, जिसके बाद चार साल से किसानों द्वारा खेती करते रहे थे, तब तक विवाद शांत रहा, जिसके बाद फिर से जमीन पर गाँव के ही उपसरपंच द्वारा गाँव के कुछ लोगों को उकसाने के बाद उनके जमीन पर जबरन झोपड़ी बनाया जा रहा है, किसानों द्वारा मना करने पर मारने पिटने की धमकी देते भगा दिया जा रहा है,विवाद को लेकर 3 गांव फिर से आपसी विवाद तूल पकड़ते नजर आ रहा है, जिसकी न्याय का गुहार लगाते हुए किसानों ने कलेक्टर बिलासपुर, एसडीएम कोटा को ज्ञापन सौंपा कर न्याय की गुहार लगाई है।
