बलौदाबाजार– पलारी थाना क्षेत्र के छेरकाडीह शनिवार-रविवार की रात एक ही परिवार के तीन लोगों की हत्या कर दी गयी। हत्या की वजह महिला पर अवैध सम्बंध बनाये रखने का दबाव था, महिला ने सम्बन्ध रखने से मना किया, तो आरोपी ने अपने दो साथियों के साथ मिलकर घटना को अंजाम दिया, पुलिस इस मामले के तीनों आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है, और हत्या में प्रयुक्त हथियार जब्त कर कार्रवाई कर रही है।
बलौदाबाजार जिले के पलारी थाना क्षेत्र के छेरकाडीह गांव के साहू परिवार के तीन लोगों की घर में ही हत्या कर दी गयी थी। तीनों की हत्या धारदार हथियार से की गयी है, मृतकों में घर का मुखिया यशवंत साहू जिसकी उम्र 47 साल थी, उसकी पत्नी महेश्वरी साहू, जिसकी उम्र 45 साल और बेटा देवेंद्र जो 17 साल का था।
विवेचना के दौरान पुलिस को ज्ञात हुआ, कि ग्राम जारा के रविशंकर शुक्ला पिता कन्हैया प्रसाद शुक्ला का पूजा-पाठ के काम से पूर्व से ही ग्राम छेरकाडीह में मृतक यशवंत साहू के यहां आना-जाना लगा रहता था। इस बीच आरोपी रविशंकर शुक्ला एवं मृतिका महेश्वरी साहू के मध्य गहरी मित्रता हो गई, जिसका फायदा उठाकर आरेापी रविशंकर शुक्ला ने मृतका के साथ संबंध स्थापित कर लिया, तथा मृतका को इस बात पर ब्लैकमेल कर प्रताडि़त करने लगा। परेशान होकर मृतका ने अपने पति मृतक यशवंत साहू को यह बात बताई थी। जिसके बाद परिजनों एवं ग्राम जारा के सरपंच की उपस्थिति में सामाजिक स्तर पर बैठक कर आरोपी रविशंकर शुक्ला को समझाईश दिया गया, कि आरोपी मृतका महिला से किसी भी प्रकार का संबंध नही रखेगा। बैठक के बाद भी आरोपी रविशंकर शुक्ला मृतिका से बातचीत करने एवं मिलने आदि के लिये बार-बार दबाव बना रहा था। परंतु मृतका महेश्वरी साहू द्वारा उसे बार-बार मना किया जा रहा था। आरोपी रविशंकर शुक्ला, मृतिका महेश्वरी साहू के इस व्यवहार से अत्यंत क्षुब्ध एवं आक्रोशित हो गया था। उसने मन ही मन उससे बदला लेने की योजना बनाई, और इस योजना में ग्राम गातापार के दुर्गेश वर्मा और नेमीचंद ध्रुव को भी शामिल किया।
आरोपीगण योजना के अनुसार दिनांक 11अप्रैल की रात करीब 11.30 बजे बाइक से छेरकाडीह पहुंचे। हत्या करने की नीयत से एक राय होकर मृतक के घर में घुसे, और सबसे पहले यशवंत साहू एवं देवेन्द्र साहू के पर वार कर उनकी हत्या कर दी। दोनों की चीख-पुकार सुनकर महेश्वरी साहू अपने कमरे से बाहर निकली, तो आरोपियों ने उस भी परछी में ही तब्बल से वार कर दिया, जिससे उसकी मौत हो गई।
घटना को अंजाम देने के पश्चात तीनों आरोपी रात्रि में ही ग्राम छेरकाडीह से फरार हो गये। पुलिस द्वारा कड़ी दर कड़ी जोड़ते हुये मुख्य आरोपी रविशंकर शुक्ला को पकड़ा गया। इस हत्याकांड में मुख्य आरोपी रविशंकर शुक्ला केे साथ दुर्गेश वर्मा तथा नेमीचंद ध्रुव ने सहयोग देना स्वीकार किया है। पुलिस ने आरोपियों से अपराध में प्रयुक्त तब्बल, खून से सने कपड़े और बाइक जब्त कर कार्रवाई कर रही है।
