नक्सलियों का शहरी नेटवर्क: लैंडमार्क इंजीनियर बिलासपुर का मालिक निशांत जैन गिरफ्तार..

कांकेर– नक्सलियों के शहरी नेटवर्क मामले में लेण्डमार्क इंजीनियर बिलासपुर के मालिक निशान्त जैन गिरफ्तार को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार किया है, और उसके पास से 2 मोबाईल जब्त कर कार्रवाई कर रही है। आरोपी बीते 2-3 सालों से नक्सलियों का सहयोग कर रहा था, अब तक प्रकरण में कुल 12 आरोपी गिरफ्तार किए जा चुके हैं।

पुलिस के मुताबिक कांकेर जिले के थाना सिकसोड़ क्षेत्रांतर्गत दिनांक 24.03.2020 को नक्सलियों को जूता, रूपये, वर्दी का कपड़ा, वायरलेस बाकी-टाकी सेट, बिजली का तार आदि सामग्री भारी मात्रा में पहुंचाने वाले दर्ज प्रकरण में आरोपियों की पतासाजी एवं गिरफ्तारी हेतु गठित विशेष अनुशंधान टीम गठित की गई थी। एसआईटी ने प्रकरण में संलिप्त अत्यन्त महत्वपूर्ण आरोपी निशान्त कुमार जैन पिता सुरेश जैन, उम्र 41 वर्ष, निवासी सिद्धशिखर विस्तार एपार्टमेन्ट, रिंग रोड-2 शांतिनगर बिलासपुर को गिरफ्तार करने में सफलता प्राप्त पाई है।

जिला कांकेर के अन्दरूनी क्षेत्र कोयलीबेडा, आमाबेड़ा, सिकसौड़, रावघॉट, ताड़ोकी में पीएमजेएसवाय रोड़ निर्माण में लगे कंपनी लेण्डमार्क इंजीनियर बिलासपुर के मालिक निशान्त जैन एवं लेण्डमार्क रॉयल इंजीनियर राजनांदगांव के मालिक वरूण जैन द्वारा कांकेर जिला के अन्दरूनी क्षेत्रों में रोड निर्माण कार्य का ठेका लेकर अपने अधिनस्थ अजय जैन, कोमल वर्मा, तापस पालित द्वारा सीधे तौर पर रोड़ निर्माण कार्य के नाम पर नक्सलियों को जूता, बर्दी का कपड़ा, वायरलेस सेट, दबाई, विजली तार, रूपये एवं अन्य सामग्री राजनांदगांव एवं अन्य शहरों से खरीद कर लाकर आरोपी मुकेश सलाम एवं राजेन्द्र सलाम के माध्यम से विगत 02-03 वर्षों से दिया जा रहा था। जिसमें आरोपी निशान्त जैन के द्वारा सक्रिय रूप से नक्सलियों के सहयोगी के रूप में अत्यन्त नक्सल प्रभावित क्षेत्र कोयलीबेड़ा के नक्सलियों को लगातार राशन सामग्री, स्टेशनरी सामग्री एवं नक्सलियों के उपरोक्त शहरी नेटवर्क के माध्यम से खरीद कर नक्सली वर्दी कपड़ा, जूता, वायर, पालिथिन एवं रूपये को अपने कंपनी के अधिनस्थ लोगों के माध्यम से नक्सलियों के पास ले जाकर सीधे पहुंचाने का कार्य किया जा रहा था, जिससे नक्सलियों द्वारा लेण्डमार्क इंजीनियर थिलासपुर एवं लेण्डमार्क रॉयल इंजीनियर राजनांदगांव के निर्माण कार्यों में कोई घटना एवं बाधा उत्पन्न नहीं किया जा रहा था, जिसके कारण लगातार उक्त कम्पनी द्वारा नये-नये रोड ठेका में लिया जा रहा था। इस प्रकार से आरोपी निशान्त जैन के द्वारा अपने अधिनस्थ लोगों के माध्यम से लगातार नक्सलियों को रूपये पैसे एवं समान देकर आर्थिक सहयोग किया जा रहा था। प्रकरण की गंभीरता एवं संवेदनशीलता को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए पुलिस महानिरीक्षक, बस्तर रेंज बस्तर पी०सुन्दरराज, उप पुलिस महानिरीक्षक कांकेर रेंज कांकेर संजीव शुक्ला के मार्गदर्शन तथा पुलिस अधीक्षक कांकेर एम0आर0 आहिरे के दिशा-निर्देश पर उपरोक्त प्रकरण की अग्रिम विवेचना, आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी एवं पतासाजी के लिए अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक कांकेर कीर्तन राठौर के नेतृत्व में 06 सदस्यीय एसआईटी (विशेष अनुसंधान टीम) का गठन किया गया है, जिसमें उप पुलिस अधीक्षक, आफाश मरकाम, जगदीश उईके, निरीक्षक डी.एस.देहारी, मोरध्वज देशमुख, उ.नि. अजय साहू, सत्यम साहू, अमित पद्मशाली, लतेश शोरी, विनोद नेताम है, जिनके द्वारा लगातार प्रकरण में आरोपियों की पतासाजी एवं गिरफ्तारी की कार्यवाही तत्परता से की जा रही है। उक्त प्रकरण में अब तक नक्सलियों के शहरी नेटवर्क के रूप में काम करने एवं मदद् पहुंचाने वाले तथा घटना में संलिप्त अब तक कुल 12 महत्वपूर्ण आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार करने में एसआईटी टीम को सफलता प्राप्त हुई है।
