परेशान हैं हजारों बेरोजगार.. अभ्यर्थियों ने शिक्षक भर्ती जल्द करने छेड़ा अभियान..
बिलासपुर– वर्तमान में हो रही नियमित शिक्षक भर्ती 2019 का विज्ञापन विगत वर्ष 9 मार्च 2019 को जारी हुआ था। जिसके अंतर्गत व्याख्याता, शिक्षक, सहायक शिक्षक, व्यायाम शिक्षक व सहायक शिक्षक ( प्रयोगशाला ) के कुल 14580 पदों पर भर्ती होनी है। 1 वर्ष बीत जाने के उपरांत भी अबतक सिर्फ परीक्षा आयोजित कर परिणाम ही जारी किए गए हैं। साथ ही विगत 4-6 माह पूर्व सत्यापन कार्य की प्रक्रिया अपने कछुआ चाल से शुरू हुई और अभी भी 4-6 माह बीत जाने के उपरांत भी बहुत ही धीमी गति से ही प्रक्रिया जारी है।
आज तक ना तो व्याख्याता का अंतिम पात्र-अपात्र सूची जारी की गई है और ना ही किसी भी शिक्षक संवर्ग की प्रथम पात्र-अपात्र सूची जारी हुयी है। जिससे कि शिक्षक भर्ती के समस्त चयनित युवा बेरोजगार अभ्यर्थी मानसिक रूप से प्रताड़ित महसूस कर रहे हैं। नियमित शिक्षक भर्ती निकालकर ऐसी कल्पना से परे धीमी प्रक्रियाओं के द्वारा, नए शिक्षण सत्र में नियुक्ति की आस लिए इन हजारों चयनित युवा अभ्यर्थियों को प्रताड़ित करना समझ से परे हैं।
इस संबंध में संचालक व शिक्षा सचिव को कई बार ज्ञापन दिया जा चुका है। फिर भी आवश्यक कार्यवाही नहीं कि गयी है, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप आज भर्ती प्रक्रिया की रफ्तार बहुत ही धीमी है।
छत्तीसगढ़ प्रशिक्षित डी एड/बी एड संघ के बैनर तले, अपनी मानसिक अंतर्द्वंद्वता से पीड़ित सभी चयनित बेरोजगार युवा अभ्यर्थियों ने अपनी इस व्यथा को, अपने-अपने क्षेत्र के विधायकों व जनप्रतिनिधियों के माध्यम से मुख्यमंत्री व शिक्षामंत्री तक पहुंचाने हेतु निरंतर ज्ञापन देकर शिक्षक भर्ती की ओर ध्यान आकर्षित कर रहे हैं। जिससे कि समय रहते उचित कार्यवाही हो और अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश मिलते ही इस शिक्षक भर्ती प्रक्रिया में तेजी आ सके।

14580 पदों पर 9 मार्च 2019 को विज्ञापित पदों के 14 महीने बीत जाने के बाद भी पदस्थापना का इंतजार कर रहे हे शिक्षक भर्ती अभ्यर्थियों ने ट्विटर पर मोर्चा खोल रखा है छत्तीसगढ़ प्रशिक्षित डीएड बीएड संघ के तत्वाधान में राज्य के हज़ारों अभ्यर्थियों ने कोरोना जागरूकता के साथ भर्ती में तेजी लाने की मांग ट्विटर फ़ेसबुक तथा अन्य सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म से सरकार तक बात पहुंचाई जा रही है। अभ्यर्थियो ने मास्क लगाकर हाथो में तख्ती रखकर जिसमे शिक्षक भर्ती जल्दी कराने की मांग लिखी और सोशल मीडिया पर पोस्ट किया है।
