पूर्व कांग्रेस नेता शंकर माली की बेटी की हत्या कर खार में फेंकी लाश, विवाद होने पर प्रेमी ने उतारा मौत के घाट
बिलासपुर– पूर्व कांग्रेस नेता शंकर माली की बेटी की लाश 12 दिनों के बाद कोनी अंतर्गत ग्राम बिरकोना खार में गुरुवार सुबह मिली। पुलिस के मुताबिक प्रेम प्रसंग के कारण मोहल्ले में रहने वाले युवक ने हत्या करने के बाद लाश खार में फेंकी थी। पुलिस संदेही प्रेमी को हिरासत में लेकर पूछताछ कर रही है।
सिविल लाइन पुलिस के अनुसार सिविल लाइन पुलिस के अनुसार मिलन चौक निवासी रीना उर्फ सीमा माली पिता स्व. शंकर माली (37 ) दो बच्चों के साथ रहती थी। बीते 5 जनवरी को शाम के समय वह चिकन लेने घर से निकली थी, और घर वापस नहीं आई। सडक़ पर सफाई करने वाले नगर निगम के सफाई कर्मचारी को 5 जनवरी को देर रात उसने मोबाइल पर कॉल कर सहेली के जन्मदिन पार्टी में जानकारी देते हुए बताया, कि वह रेलवे स्टेशन के करीब बुधवारी बाजार के पास है और आसपास अंधेरा है। उसने परिजनों को सुबह घर पहुंचने की जानकारी दी।
परिजन लगातार सीमा के मोबाइल पर कॉल करते रहे, लेकिन वह कॉल रिसीव नहीं कर रही थी। 6 जनवरी को सफाई कर्मी घर पहुंचा, और सीमा का फोन आने की जानकारी दी। परिजनों ने उसकी गुमशुदगी थाने में दर्ज कराई। 6 जनवरी को शाम 4 बजे तक सीमा का मोबाइल ऑन था, और इसके बाद स्वीच ऑफ हो गया। पुलिस ने मामले में गुमशुदगी दर्ज की थी।
मोहल्ले के युवक से था प्रेम संबंध
मोबाइल कॉल लोकेशन से पुलिस को पता चला, कि रीना उर्फ सीमा की मोहल्ले में रहने वाले प्रभात यादव से लगातार मोबाइल पर लगातार बातें होती थी। 5 जनवरी को भी सीमा और प्रभात के बीच बातचीत हुई थी। पुलिस ने प्रभात को हिरासत में लेकर पूछताछ की। उसने सीमा से प्रेम प्रसंग होने की जानकारी देते हुए बताया, कि दोनों के बीच विवाद हुआ और उसने सीमा की हत्या कर बिरकोना खार में लाश फेंक दी थी। पुलिस ने गुरुवार को बिरकोना खार से सीमा की सड़ी गली लाश बरामद की। घटना स्थल से उसका मोबाइल भी जब्त किया गया।

प्रभात और सीमा के बीच प्रेम संबंध था, घटना के दिन शाम 6.30 बजे प्रभात ने सीमा से संपर्क किया, और उसे अपनी बाईक में लेकर घुमाने गया, दोनों खमतराई बिरकोना की ओर सुनसान इलाके में पहुंचे, इस दौरान उन्होंने पीने के लिए शराब भी साथ लेकर गए थे। सुनसान इलाके में पहुंचने पर प्रभात ने मृतिका को शराब पिलाई, और उससे शारीरिक संबंध बनाने का प्रयास किया। मृतका शराब के नशे में थी, जिससे दोनों के बीच कहासुनी हुई, फिर विवाद होने लगा। मृतका के द्वारा पूर्व में भी आरोपी से किसी बात को लेकर विवाद था, और आरोपी को अपनी पत्नी से इस प्रेम संबंध के खुलासे से परिवार के टूटने का डर था। जिसकी वजह से आरोपी प्रभात यादव ने सीमा के दुपट्टे से गले में फंदा बनाकर खींचकर गला घोट दिया, जिससे उसकी मौत हो गई।
ऐसे हुआ खुलासा
पुलिस ने मृतका के कॉल डिटेल और सीसीटीवी के फुटेज के आधार पर संदेहियों से पूछताछ की, तो आरोपी गोलमोल जवाब देता रहा, लेकिन आधुनिक तकनीक के सहारे मिले क्लू ने आरोपी को टूटने पर मजबूर कर दिया। आरोपी प्रभात यादव ने सीमा की हत्या के बाद उसकी लाश को बिरकोना पौंसरा रोड पर अंदर कच्ची सड़क के पास छोटी नहर के नीचे फेंक दिया, और आरोपी वापस अपने घर आकर एक कार्यक्रम में शामिल हुआ, और दोबारा रात में जाकर मृतका के शव को ठिकाने लगाकर उसके मोबाइल फोन को ऑन करके आने वाले कॉल को उठाकर उसे अलग-अलग लोकेशन में दिखाया, ताकि पुलिस गुमराह हो। लेकिन आधुनिक तकनीक और विवेचना से आरोपी विफल हो गया, और पुलिस पूछताछ में उसने हत्या करना कबूल कर लिया।
