पोस्ट ऑफिस के निवेशकों को लाखों का चूना लगाने वाला गिरफ्तार, सरगना दंपत्ति की तलाश जारी
बिलासपुर- पांच महीनों की कड़ी मशक्कत के बाद आखिरकार शहर के निवेशकों को करोड़ो का चूना लगाने वाले सरगना की एक कड़ी सिविल लाइन पुलिस के हाथ लगी है। हालांकि अब भी चार सौ बीसी के दो मुख्य आरोपी पुलिस के गिरफ्तार से बाहर है। दरसअल मुख्य पोस्टऑफिस के पास विगत 35 वर्षों से अक्षय कंसल्टेंसी के नाम से संजय नारंग और उसकी पत्नी अनिता नारंग द्वारा कार्यालय संचालित किया जा रहा था। जो पोस्टऑफिस के अभिकर्ता भी थे। जिस वजह से शहर के अधिक्तर निवेशक अपना का पैसा पोस्ट आफिस में MIS-KVP-NSC एवं RD आदि विभिन्न योजनाओं के तहत जमा करते थे।
लेकिन साल 2019 में जून माह से ही अक्षय कंसल्टेंसी के संचालक द्वारा निवेशकों की राशि को गमन करने की शिकायत आने लगी। धीरे धीरे यह घटना हर निवेशकों कब साथ होने लगी। जिसकी शिकायत निवेशकों ने 20 अगस्त 2019 को सिविल लाइन थाना में की थी। जिसके बाद से अक्षय कंसल्टेंसी के संचालक संजय नारंग और उसकी पत्नी अनिता नारंग और कार्यलय के लेखपाल प्रदीप भाटिया फरार थे। जिसकी तलाश सिविल लाइन पुलिस कर रही थी। इस बीच सिविल लाइन पुलिस को सूचना मिली कि अक्षय कंसल्टेंसी के लेखपाल प्रदीप भाटिया जबलपुर में देखे गए है। सूचना की पुष्टि होते ही सिविल लाइन पुलिस टीम तैयार कर जबलपुर में छापेमारी की कार्यवाही की। जहाँ से 420 के फरार आरोपी प्रदीप भाटिया को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है।
प्रीमेच्योर पॉलिसी को बनाते थे निशाना
पोस्ट ऑफिस में विभिन्न शासकीय योजनाओं के तहत पॉलिसी लेने वाले निवेशकों में अधिक्तर पॉलिसी मैच्योर कई सालों बाद होती है। इस बीच निवेशक भी अपने पॉलिसी को लेकर गंभीर नहीं होते हैं लिहाजा ऐसे प्रीमेच्योर पॉलिसी को विड्रॉल करने संजय नारंग और उसकी पत्नी अनीता नारंग फोकस करते थे। क्योंकि इसकी जानकारी निवेशकों को होती ही नही थी।
निवेशकों के एक करोड़ से अधिक निगल गए आरोपी
शासकीय योजनाओं में निवेश करने वाले शहर के दर्जनों निवेशको ने पोस्ट ऑफिस के मुख्य कार्यालय में अक्षय कंसल्टेंसी के नाम से अपनी जमा पूंजी निवेश की थी। जिसे अक्षय कंसल्टेंसी के संचालक संजय नारंग और अनिता नारंग द्वारा फर्जी तरीके से विड्रॉल किया गया है। मामले में सिविल लाइन थाने में दर्ज शिकायत में करीब एक दर्जन निवेशकों के एक करोड़ से अधिक की राशि का फर्जीवाड़ा होने की जानकारी दी गई है।
इस तरह निकालते थे निवेशकों का पैसा
अक्षय कंसल्टेंसी के संचालक संजय नारंग और उसकी पत्नी अनिता नारंग पहले ही निवेशकों के MIS में खाता खोलते समय विड्राल फार्म में हस्ताक्षर करा लेते थे। जिसके बाद पॉलिसी में अच्छी खासी राशि जमा होने के बाद वह उक्त विड्राल फार्म में रकम भरकर पैसा निकाल लेते थे।
इनकी इतनी गई राशि
अक्षय कंसल्टेंसी के माध्यम से हुए फर्जीवाड़े के मामले पीड़ित और गमन की गई राशि इस प्रकार है।
पीड़ित 1– ए0के0वाजपई उम्र 62 वर्ष राशि 04 लाख 80 हजार, 2– रघुनंदन लाल वर्मा उम्र 74 वर्ष राशि 03 लाख 2000/रू, 3– एम0एल0सोनी उम्र 73 वर्ष राशि 20 लाख, 4–अंकित जैन उम्र 22 वर्ष 03 लाख 80 हजार रू, 5– पुष्पा शुक्ला उम्र 67 वर्ष राशि 08 लाख 40 हजार रू,6– कृष्णा लाल घई उम्र 85 वर्ष राशि 01 लाख 50 हजार रू,7– हंसराम बैसवाड़े उम्र 78 वर्ष राशि 01 लाख मात्र, 8– राज पिल्ले उम्र 62 वर्ष राशि 09 लाख 90 हजार रू, 9– नासिर खान उम्र 58 वर्ष राशि 02 लाख 50 हजार रू, 10– आई0के0कौशिक उम्र 60 वर्ष राशि 05 लाख 50 हजार रू,11– अम्बे सिंह उम्र 59 वर्ष राशि 70 हजार रू,12– ओमप्रकाश शर्मा उम्र 69 वर्ष राशि 30 से 50 लाख रू का धोखाधड़ी किया है।
