रायपुर– कोरोना वायरस कोविड-19 सर्वव्यापी महामारी को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए, मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल के नेतृत्व में छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार द्वारा आम नागरिकों की सुविधा को देखते हुए जमीनों की खरीदी-बिक्री के लिए वर्ष 2019-20 में तय की गयी शासकीय गाइडलाईन की दरें जिन्हें 30 जून 2020 तक के लिए लागू किया गया था, अब उन्हें शेष वित्तीय वर्ष के लिए लागू कर दिया गया है। अब संशोधित समय सीमा के तहत राज्य सरकार द्वारा प्रभावी बाजार मूल्य गाईड दरों और उसके उपबंधों की प्रभावशीलता तिथि में 31 मार्च 2021 तक वृद्धि की गई है। राज्य शासन के वाणिज्य कर (पंजीयन) विभाग द्वारा 22 मई को इस संबंध में मंत्रालय से आदेश जारी कर दिया गया है। इस सम्बंध में राजस्व आपदा प्रबंधन एवं वाणिज्य कर (पंजीयन) मंत्री जयसिंह अग्रवाल ने बताया कि मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल के नेतृत्व में नागरिकों की सुविधा के लिए शासकीय दरों और बाज़ार मूल्य में भिन्नता समाप्त करने हेतु प्रदेश सरकार ने पिछले वर्ष भूमि खरीदी-बिक्री के शासकीय गाईड लाईन के दरों को 30% कम किया गया था। जिससे प्रदेश में बेहतर परिणाम आये और व्यापक पैमाने पर जमीनों की खरीदी बिक्री की गई और इससे प्रदेश के राजस्व में भी उल्लेखनीय वृद्धि हुई। राजस्व मंत्री जयसिंह ने आगे बताया है कि हर वर्ष गाइड्लायन दारों का ज़िला कलेक्टर द्वारा ज़िले स्तर परीक्षण कर दारों में परिवर्तन के सम्बंध अभिमत भेजा जाता है, जिसपर उच्च स्तर पर निर्णय ले कर अगले वित्तीय वर्ष के लिए दरें तय की जाती हैं। परन्तु इस वर्ष कोरोना महामारी के सर्वव्यापी असर को देखते हुए राज्य सरकार ने 2019-20 की ही दरों को 31 मार्च 2021 तक के लिए लागू कर दिया है । सरकार के इस निर्णय से निश्चित ही प्रदेश की जनता को लाभ मिलेगा एवं रियल एस्टेट के क्षेत्र में भी बेहतर परिणाम देखने को मिलेंगे। मंत्री जयसिंह ने उम्मीद जताई है कि सरकार द्वारा प्रदान की गई इस सुविधा का लाभ ज्यादा से ज्यादा लोगों के द्वारा उठाया जाएगा।
