फर्जी प्रमाण पत्र के जरिए नौकरी कर रहे 15 शिक्षक बर्खास्त.. FIR का आदेश..

रायगढ़– फर्जी जाति प्रमाण पत्र के जरिए शिक्षक की नौकरी कर रहे 15 शिक्षकों को बर्खास्त कर दिया गया है, और सभी के खिलाफ FIR भी दर्ज करने के आदेश दिये गये हैं। सारंगढ़ SDM चंद्रकांत वर्मा की जांच रिपोर्ट के आधार पर CEO रिचा प्रकाश चौधरी ने बर्खास्तगी और FIR के आदेश जारी किये हैं। ये सभी प्राथमिक शिक्षक फर्जी जाति प्रमाण पत्र के आधार नौकरी कर रहे थे।

ये है पूरा मामला

कलेक्टर जनदर्शन के दौरान साल 2017 में मुरलीधर चौहान नामक व्यक्ति ने फर्जी जाति प्रमाण पत्र के आधार नौकरी कर रहे शिक्षाकर्मियों की शिकायत की थी। शिकायत के आधार पर तत्कालीन कलेक्टर ने जांच के आदेश दिये थे। हालांकि ये मामला करीब 3 साल तक अटका रहा। कलेक्टर की तरफ से सारंगढ़ एसडीएम का उसी वक्त आदेश दिया गया था लेकिन उस वक्त के SDM इसे टालते रहे। 2019 में सारंगढ़ SDM बनने के बाद IAS चंद्रकांत वर्मा ने इस फाइल को फिर से खोलाक, और त्वरित जांच शुरू की। हालांकि कलेक्टर जनदर्शन में कुल 27 शिक्षकों की शिकायत की गयी थी, जिनमें से 15 शिक्षाकर्मियों के खिलाफ ये शिकायत सही पायी गयी।

जांच में इस बात का खुलासा हुआ, कि कई शिक्षकों ने संवरा जाति को अनुसूचित जनजाति बताकर प्रमाण पत्र हासिल कर लिया है, जबकि जिस दौरान इन शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति हुई थी, उस दौरान संवरा जाति को अनुसूचित जाति का दर्जा नहीं था। उसी तरह से कई शिक्षकों ने फर्जी जाति प्रमाण पत्र जमा कराया था, जो जांच में बिल्कुल गलत मिली।

आदेश में कहा गया है, कि 2005 से 2012-2013 के बीच नियुक्त शिक्षाकर्मी द्वारा छह माह के लिए वैध नायब तहसीलदार के अस्थायी जाति प्रमाणपत्र छात्रवृत्ति शिक्षा कार्य हेतु जारी प्रमाण पत्र के आधार पर शिक्षाकर्मियों की नियुक्ति एवं आज दिनांक तक स्थायी एवं उच्च स्तरीय छानबीन समिति द्वारा जारी प्रमाणपत्र जमा नहीं किये जाने के बावजूद पदस्थ शिक्षाकर्मियों ने प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत नहीं किए, इसलिए इन्हें पद से पृथक किए जाने के साथ ही अपराधिक प्रकरण पंजीबद्ध किया जाए ।
