बिलासपुर– कोरोना वायरस से बचाव के लिए सरकार ने बचाव के लिए प्रदेश में घर से निकलने पर मास्क लगाना अनिवार्य कर दिया है, बावजूद इसके कुछ लोग लारवाही बरत रहे हैं। ऐसा ही मामला बिलासपुर से भी सामने आया है, जहां बिना मास्क के घूमते पाए जाने पर नगर निगम के स्वच्छता विभाग ने चालानी कार्रवाई की है।

जानकारी के मुताबिक खपरगंज निवासी दस्तगीर भाभा गुरुवार को बिना मास्क लगाए कलेक्ट्रेट कार्यालय पहुंचा था। मामले को लेकर निगम प्रशासन ने दस्तगीर भाभा को 1000 रुपए चालान किया गया है।

बता दें, कि बीते दिनों छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार ने एडवायजरी जारी करते हुए सार्वजनिक स्थानों में निकलते समय मास्क पहनना अनिवार्य कर दिया था। जारी आदेश के तहत चिकित्सकीय विशेषज्ञों द्वारा कोविड-19 के रोकथाम व बचाव के लिए प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को मास्क-फेस कवर पहनना आवश्यक बताया गया है। यह एपिडेमिक एक्ट 1897 एवं छत्तीसगढ़ एपिडेमिक डीसीजेज कोविड-19 विनियम 2020 तथा छत्तीसगढ़ पब्लिक हेल्थ एक्ट 1949 की धारा 71 (1) के तहत अनिवार्य किया गया है। बिना मास्क-फेस कवर के घर से बाहर सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर जाना इसका उल्लंघन माना जाएगा और विधिक कार्यवाही की जाएगी।
