बैंकिंग सुविधाओं को ग्राहकों के क़रीब ला रही है ‘गली-गली फिनो अभियान’

बिलासपुर– फिनो पेमेंट्स बैंक ने छत्तीसगढ़ में अपनी पहुँच का विस्तार करने के लिए गली गली फिनो अभियान शुरू किया है। यह बैंक राज्य के सभी 27 जिलों में पहले से मौजूद हैं, लेकिन यह ज्यादा से ज्यादा गांवों तक पहुंचने के लिए और गहराई तक उतरने की योजना बना रहा है।

नए युग का बैंक, फिनो फिजिटल दृष्टिकोण द्वारा काम कर रहा है, जिसमें फिज़िकल आउटलेट्स एवं डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म्स के माध्यम से बैंक सुविधाओं से वंचित या इनकी कमी वाले इलाकों में बैंकिंग सेवाएं मुहैया कराई जाती है। इस मॉडल का क्रियान्वयन कर फिनो ने 2017 से अब तक छत्तीसगढ में 4 बैंकिंग आउटलेट्स एवं लगभग 3600 टेक इनेबल्ड मर्चेंट प्वाईंट्स का नेटवर्क स्थापित कर लिया है। राज्य में इस नेटवर्क मे लगभग 200 भारत पेट्रोलियम (बीपीसीएल) आउटलेट्स शामिल हैं।

बैंक के नए अभियानों के बारे में बताते हुए, हिमांशु मिश्रा, सीनियर डिवीज़नल हेड (वेस्ट एवं सेंट्रल), फिनो पेमेंट्स बैंक ने कहा, ‘‘छत्तीसगढ़ में, खासकर ग्रामीण इलाकों में बैंकिंग सेवा की उपलब्धता एक बडी़ चुनौती है। इस कमी को पूरा करने के लिए हमने गली गली फिनो अभियान प्रस्तुत किया, जो शहरों एवं गांवों में गहराई तक जाएगा। बिलासपुर जिले में हम मार्च 2020 के अंत तक मौजूदा 250 आउटलेट्स में 50 नए प्वाईंट जोड़ेंगे। हम राज्य में नेटवर्क मजबूत करेंगे और इस अवधि में आउटलेट्स की सख्ं या 4100 प्वाईंट्स तक ले जाएंगे। श्री मिश्रा ने आगे बताया, ‘‘हमनें किसी भी बैंक के व्यक्तिगत या छोटे व्यवसायी ग्राहक के लिए एक नई सेवा ‘कैश बाजार’ प्रस्तुत की है। हमारे बीपे मोबाईल बैंकिंग ऐप से सरलता से लोगों को पैसे निकालने या जमा करने के लिए सबसे नज़दीकी फिनो बैंकिंग प्वाईंट तलाशने में मदद करती है।’’

फिनो के बैंकिंग प्वाईंट्स आसपास के छोटे व्यवसाय, जैसे किराना स्टोर्स, मोबाईल रिपेयर शॉप्स आदि हैं, जिनके पास माईक्रो एटीएम उपकरण हैं। ये विविध सेवाएं, जैसे नया बैंक खाता खोलना, तत्काल डिबट कार्ड, पैसा जमा करना, पैसा निकालना, पैसे भेजना और यूटिलिटी बिल का भुगतान करना आदि सेवाएं प्रदान करते हैं। वो ग्राहकों को फिनो मोबाईल बैंकिंग एपे , बीपे डाउनलोड करने में मदद करते हैं और उन्हें डिजिटल लेन-देन में सहयोग करते हैं।

मर्चेंट प्वाईंट्स देर रात तक खुले रहने से ग्राहक अपनी सुविधा के अनुसार अपने व्यवसाय या समय का नुकसान किए बिना छुट्टी के दिन भी बैंकिंग कर सकते हैं। इसके लिए व्यक्ति को सत्यापन के लिए केवल आधार कार्ड दिखाने की जरूरत होती है और उसका विनिमय पूरा हो जाता है। इससे भी महत्वपूर्ण यह है कि इन प्वाईंट्स पर नकद की निकासी सदैव उपलब्ध होती है, जबकि बैंकों के कुछ एटीएम में कभी-कभी पैसे खत्म भी हो जाते हैं। बैंकिंग इससे ज्यादा आसान कभी न थी।
