रायपुर– महिला से दुष्कर्म मामले में फंसे IAS जनक पाठक सस्पेंड कर दिये गये हैं। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल के निर्देश पर जांजगीर के पूर्व कलेक्टर जनक पाठक पर कार्रवाई की गयी है।
मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने जांजगीर-चांपा जिले के पूर्व कलेक्टर IAS जनक पाठक के विरुद्ध महिला द्वारा की गयी शिकायत के मामले को काफी गंभीरता से लिया है। उन्होंने मुख्य सचिव आर.पी. मण्डल को तत्काल संबंधित अधिकारी को निलंबित करने और पूरे प्रकरण की जांच उच्च स्तरीय दल के कराने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
मालूम हो, जांजगीर-चांपा जिले की एनजीओ संचालिका पीड़िता द्वारा पुलिस अधीक्षक के समक्ष उपस्थित होकर एक लिखित आवेदन पेश किया गया था, जिसमें दिनांक 15 मई 2020 को आरोपी जनक पाठक पूर्व कलेक्टर जांजगीर चांपा द्वारा पीड़िता के पति को नौकरी से बर्खास्त करने की धमकी देकर कलेक्ट्रेट परिसर जांजगीर-चांपा में बलात्कार किया गया। आरोपी द्वारा धमकी देते हुए जबरन बलात्कार करने एवं मोबाइल से बार-बार अश्लील मैसेज भेजकर धमकी देने के संबंध में पीड़िता का कथन एवं उसके द्वारा प्रस्तुत मोबाइल स्क्रीन शॉट की छाया प्रति ली गई, पीड़िता द्वारा प्रस्तुत शिकायत के आधार पर 3 जून को थाना जांजगीर में धारा 376, 306, 509 ख भादवि कायम कर विवेचना में लिया गया है।
