जांजगीर– प्रदेश के 2007 बैच के IAS अफसर पर जांजगीर कलेक्टर रहते रेप का सनसनीखेज आरोप लगा है। शिकायत के बाद कलेक्टर यशवंत कुमार ने एसपी पारूल माथुर को जांच के निर्देश दिये हैं। पीड़ित महिला शादीशुदा है, और पूर्व में जनपद सदस्य भी रही है। पीड़िता ने पुलिस को अश्लील चैटिंग, फोटो और कॉल रिकॉर्डिंग जैसे कई साक्ष्य के साथ शिकायत की है। पुलिस मामले की जांच कर रही है।
महिला का आरोप है, कि 15 मई को उसके साथ कलेक्ट्रेट के अपने चैंबर में ही उसके साथ शारीरिक संबंध बनाया। आरोप हैज़ कि महिला को एनजीओ का काम दिलाने के एवज में कलेक्टर ने उसे झांसा दिया, और उसका बलात्कार किया। एक बार नहीं कई दफा कलेक्टर ने शारीरिक संबंध बनाया और बार-बार ये झांसा देता रहा, कि जल्द ही उसके एनजीओ को काम दिला देगा, लेकिन करीब डेढ़ महीने बाद भी कलेक्टर ने महिला का काम नहीं किया। महिला ने कलेक्टर के साथ अपनी बातचीत की रिकार्डिंग और कुछ तस्वीरें भी पुलिस को दी है। महिला ने जो बातचीत और मैसेज के सबूत दिये हैं। उसमें कलेक्टर की उससे नियमित बात होती थी। कलेक्टर महिला से ना सिर्फ आपत्तिजनक बातें किया करते थे, बल्कि पर्सनल तस्वीरों की भी डिमांड किया करते थे। कई दफा कलेक्टर ने महिला की प्राइवेट तस्वीरें मोबाइल पर मंगायी थी।
2007 बैच के IAS जनक पाठक का हाल ही में जांजगीर कलेक्टर से तबादला हुआ है, और उन्हें मंत्रालय में वापस बुलाते हुए भू-अभिलेख में पदस्थ किया गया है। महिला का आरोप है कि कलेक्टर महिला से पर्सनल तस्वीरें मंगाते थे, बल्कि खुद भी कलेक्टर अपना पर्सनल फोटो भेजा करते थे, महिला के मुताबिक जब कलेक्टर की तरफ से झांसा दिये जाने का अहसास उसे हुआ तो उसने कलेक्टर से दूरियां बनानी शुरू कर दी। कलेक्टर को जैसे ही महिला का बदला व्यवहार नजर आया, उन्होंने उसे उसे प्रताड़ित करना शुरू कर दिया, यही नहीं महिला का आरोप है, कि उसके पति को नौकरी से बर्खास्त तक करने की धमकी दी गयी। कलेक्टर की दबंगई देखकर वह शांत हो गई, लेकिन वह कलेक्टर रहते तक वो चुप रही, और अब तबादला होने के बाद उसने पुलिस में इसकी शिकायत की है।
इस मामले में जांजगीर पुलिस का कहना है, कि शिकायत मिलने पर मामले की जांच की जा रही है, जिसके बाद कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
