रायपुर– रायपुर एम्स और विदेश मंत्रालय के अधिकारियों ने शुक्रवार को सार्क देशों से वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिग कर कोरोना वायरस पर नॉलेज और एक्सपीरियंस शेयर किया। इस वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग में पाकिस्तान के अलावा सभी सार्क देशों के प्रतिनिधि शामिल हुए।
सार्क देशों के चिकित्सकों ने एम्स रायपुर का सहयोग मांगा है, उन्होंने एम्स की सफलता मंत्र को अपने अस्पताल में प्रयोग करने का आश्वासन दिया है। जिस पर एम्स ने प्रशिक्षण और ज्ञान का आदान-प्रदान करने का भरोसा दिया। वेबीनार में सार्क के सात देशों के 147 प्रतिनिधियों ने भाग लिया।
एम्स रायपुर के निदेशक प्रो. (डॉ.) नितिन एम. नागरकर ने वेबीनार के उद्घाटन सत्र में कोविड-19 की चीन के वुहान में शुरूआत से लेकर इसके फैलने और वर्तमान में दुनियाभर के देशों में चल रहे लॉकडाउन के बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी दी। उनका कहना था कि 50 वर्ष से अधिक उम्र के लोगों में यह ढाई गुना अधिक हानिकारक है। विभिन्न सुरक्षा उपायों को अपनाकर इससे बचाव ही सबसे प्रभावकारी इलाज है। उन्होंने कोविड-19 के केसों की व्याख्या प्रस्तुत की और इससे बचने के लिए अपनाए जा रहे उपायों के बारे में बताया।
सार्क के चिकित्सकों ने भारतीय चिकित्सकों के प्रयासों की सराहना की और एम्स रायपुर से नेतृत्व और सहयोग का अनुरोध किया। सार्क देशों के चिकित्सकों का कहना था कि भारत ने लॉकडाउन और चिकित्सकीय सहायता की मदद से कोविड-19 पर काफी नियंत्रण किया हुआ है जिससे अन्य देशों को भी सीखना चाहिए। प्रो. नागरकर ने एम्स रायपुर की ओर से सभी सार्क देशों को हर संभव मदद देने का आश्वासन दिया और लैब प्रेक्टिस एवं मरीजों के प्रबंधन के बारे में और अधिक जानकारी देने का भरोसा दिलाया।
इसमें पाकिस्तान को छोड़कर शेष सभी सार्क देशों 147 चिकित्सकों ने भाग लिया। अंत में 27 प्रतिभागियों ने प्रो. नागरकर से प्रश्नों के माध्यम से अपनी जिज्ञासाएं शांत की।
कार्यक्रम का आयोजन केंद्रीय विदेश मंत्रालय द्वारा किया गया। इसका संयोजन डॉ. एकता खंडेलवाल ने किया। इस अवसर पर उप-निदेशक (प्रशासन) नीरेश शर्मा, प्रो. अजॉय कुमार बेहरा और डॉ. अनुदिता भार्गव भी उपस्थित थी। वेबीनार 21 अप्रैल तक चलेगा, जिसमें प्रो. बेहरा और डॉ. भार्गव भी अपने अनुभवों को सार्क देशों के चिकित्सकों के साथ साझा करेंगे।
बता दें, कि कोरोना संक्रमित मरीजों को ठीक करने के मामले में रायपुर एम्स की रेटिंग दुनिया के अन्य अस्पतालों से कहीं आगे है। एक समय में छत्तीसगढ़ में केवल 10 मरीजों की पुष्टि हुई थी। इस दौरान एम्स प्रबंधन ने 9 मरीजों को ठीक कर डिस्चार्ज कर दिया था। एम्स की इस उपलब्धि की तारीफ दुनिया भर में हुई थी। हालांकि आज मरीजों की संख्या 36 हो गई है, लेकिन एम्स प्रबंधन की उपलब्धि अभी भी बरकरार है। अभी प्रदेश में महज 13 मरीजों का उपचार जारी है। आंकड़ें इस बात के गवाह हैं, कि छत्तीसगढ़ में अभी कोरोना संक्रमितों का रिकवरी रेट 50 प्रतिशत से अधिक है, जो दुनिया के किसी भी अस्पताल का नहीं है।
