महिला टीआई समेत पुलिसकर्मियो पर हमला करने वाले 2 गिरफ्तार, अन्य की तलाश जारी

महासमुंद– पिथौरा थाना प्रभारी टीआई कमला पुसाम एवं पुलिस बल पर हमले के 7 आरोपियों में से 2 आरोपी मयंक पांडेय और रमाकांत पांडेय को बीती रात कसडोल इलाके से गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। वही मामले के मुख्य आरोपी गोपाल पांडेय समेत अन्य आरोपियों को भी जल्द करने की बात कही जा रही है।

दरअसल रविवार को लूट के आरोपी को गिरफ्तार करने गयी महिला थाना प्रभारी समेत पुलिसकर्मियों पर आरोपियों ने ताबड़तोड़ हमला कर दिया था। मामला महासमुंद जिले के पिथौरा थाना क्षेत्र का है, जहां शनिवार को आरोपी गोपाल पांडेय के ख़िलाफ लूट की शिकायत दर्ज हुई थी जिसके आगे की जांच के लिए पुलिस आरोपी के घर पहुंची थी। परंतु पुलिस के पहुंचते ही आरोपी के परिजनों ने महिला थाना प्रभारी कमला पुसाम समेत पुलिसकर्मियों पर ताबड़तोड़ हमला बोल दिया। जिसके बाद पुलिस को वहां से जान बचा वापस लौटना पड़ा। उक्त हमले में आरोपियों ने पुलिस अधिकारियों की वर्दी तक फाड़ डाली।

सभी आरोपियों पर 18 गंभीर अपराध के मामले दर्ज

घटना को गंभीरता से लेते हुए महासमुंद एसपी ने तत्काल इस मामले पर पुलिस अधिकारियों को कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए। पुलिस अधीक्षक प्रफुल्ल ठाकुर ने बताया, कि आरोपियों के खिलाफ IPC की धारा 147, 148, 149, 186, 188, 212, 224, 225, 294, 323, 332, 353, 506 सहित धारा 25, 27 आर्म्स एक्ट व एससी-एसटी एक्ट की धारा 3(1) द, ध, 11 के तहत बलवा, लोक-सेवक के आदेश की अवहेलना, अपराधी को संश्रय देना, लोकसेवक पर आपराधिक बल का प्रयोग,विधि अनुसार पकड़े जाने में प्रतिरोध करना, अनुसूचित जनजाति से संबंधित व्यक्ति के साथ अत्याचार करने जैसे गंभीर आरोपो में ज़ुर्म पंजीबद्ध किया गया है।
