मुंगेली कलेक्टर के फरमान से कर्मचारियों में रोष

बिलासपुर– मुंगेली जिला मुख्यालय से बाहर रहने वाले शासकीय अधिकारी व कर्मचारियों की अब खैर नहीं है। मुंगेली कलेक्टर सर्वेश्वर नरेंद्र भुरे ने अंतिम चेतावनी देते हुए पत्र जारी किया है। जिसमें बिना अनुमति के अनुपस्थित रहने वालों के विरूद्ध अनुशानात्मक कार्यवाही की चेतावनी दी गई है। इस आदेश से शासकीय कर्मियों में रोष व्याप्त है।

मुंगेली कलेक्टर ने गुरूवार 16 अप्रैल को एक पत्र जारी कर अंतिम चेतावनी दी है। जिसमें कहा गया है, कि अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारियों के मुख्यालय में निवास नहीं करने से कार्यो के संपादन में बाधा उत्पन्न हो रही है। ऐसे में मुख्यालय में रहते हुए कार्यालयीन समय में उपस्थित रहने सुनिश्चित करने को कहा गया है।

छग प्रदेश लिपिक वर्गीय शासकीय कर्म संघ के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष रोहित तिवारी ने मुंगेली कलेक्टर के उक्त आदेश को शासन द्वारा जारी गाईड लाईन के विपरीत बताते हुऐ आदेश को तुगलकी फरमान बताया हैं। जिला के कलेक्ट्रट द्वारा सभी कर्मचारियो को मुख्यालय मे कार्यालयीन समय पर प्रतिदिन उपस्थिति रहने का निर्देश जारी किया गया हैं छग प्रदेश लिपिक वर्गीय शासकीय कर्म संघ के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष रोहित तिवारी ने उक्त आदेश को शासन द्वारा जारी गाईड लाईन के विपरीत बताते हुऐ इस आदेश को तुगलकी फरमान बताया हैं। श्री तिवारी ने बताया कि छग शासन की गाईड लाईन के आधार पर वर्क फ्राम होम के तहत आवश्यकतानुसार ही कर्मचारियो से कार्य लेने के निर्देश हैं। इसके विपरीत मुंगेली कलेक्टर का यह आदेश शासन की जारी गाईडलाईन का उलंघन हैं। मुगेली जिला मुख्यालय मे कार्यरत कर्मचारियो के लिए पर्याप्त आवास सुविधा ना होने के कारण अधिकतर कर्मचारी बिलासपुर या आसपास गांवो से आना जाना करते हैं। ऐसी स्थति में जिला कलेक्टर को कर्मचारियो को स्थायी पास बनाकर देने के निर्देश हैं। जिसका पालन भी मुंगेली कलेक्टर ने नही किया है। साथ ही अभी तक मुंगेली के कलेक्टर कार्यालय एवं अन्य कार्यालयों को ना ही सेनेटाईज किया गया और ना ही सुरक्षा हेतु कर्मचारियो को मास्क वितरित किया गया। ऐसी स्थति मे यदि कर्मचारियो को दबाव पूर्वक काम पर बुलाया जाता हैं, तो छग शासन की सोशल डिस्टेंस के माप दंड का पालन कैसे किया जाऐगा। संघ ने छग शासन की गाईड लाईन के अनुरूप ही कर्मचारियो से आवश्कतानुसार कार्य लेने की मांग की है।
