मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने प्रधानमंत्री को लिखी चिट्ठी

रायपुर– मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी को चिट्ठी लिखी है। सीएम ने 21 दिनों के लॉक डाऊन के बाद अंतरराज्यीय परिवहन सुविधा खोलने के पहले व्यापक विमर्श और ठोस निर्णय लेने की बात कही। मुख्यमंत्री ने ऐसा नहीं करने पर संक्रमण का खतरा बढ़ने की भी आशंका जताई है। चिट्ठी में राज्य अब तक ली गई सेम्पलिंग के साथ ही कोरोना के मरीजों के ठीक होने के बारे में भी प्रधानमंत्री मोदी को बताया।

पत्र में क्या लिखा है ?

मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी को पत्र में लिखा है कि देश वर्तमान में कोविड-19 के वायरस प्रभावित आपदा से जूझ रहा है।छत्तीसगढ़ देश के सर्वप्रथम राज्यों में से एक है, जहां 18 मार्च को कोविड-19 का पहला मरीज मिलने के बाद 21 मार्च को लॉक डाउन की घोषणा कर दी गई थी। मुख्यमंत्री ने पत्र में लिखा है कि आप के निर्णय अनुसार राज्य में 14 अप्रैल तक पूर्ण लॉक डाउन की स्थिति लागू रहेगी ।

मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने छत्तीसगढ़ में कोरोना वायरस के नियंत्रण के उपायों से संबंध में पत्र में लिखा है कि छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य में 4 अप्रैल 2020 तक कुल 1590 व्यक्तियों के सैंपल लिए गए थे, जिनमें से 1375 व्यक्ति के परिणाम नेगेटिव रहे हैं, 205 की जांच जारी है तथा 10 व्यक्ति कोविड-19 वायरस से पीड़ित पाए गए थे। इन 10 व्यक्तियों में से अब तक आठ व्यक्ति ठीक होकर अपने घर जा चुके हैं तथा शेष 2 मरीजों की हालत सामान्य बनी हुई है। राज्य में अभी तक कोविड-19 वायरस से किसी की भी मृत्यु नहीं हुई है और ना ही कोई गंभीर रूप से संक्रमित है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने पत्र में बताया है, कि राज्य शासन की ओर से किए गए उपायों एवं अनुशासित जन के सहयोग से अभी तक स्थिति नियंत्रण में है किंतु देश के अन्य भागों में कोविड-19 वायरस पीड़ितों की संख्या में निरंतर वृद्धि हो रही है। जैसे-जैसे कोविड-19 वायरस पीड़ितों की संख्या में निरंतर वृद्धि हो रही है, जैसे-जैसे कोविड-19 वायरस टेस्ट की संख्या बढ़ेगी, संक्रमितों की संख्या में निरंतर वृद्धि होने की पूर्ण संभावना है। देश में यदि 14 अप्रैल के पश्चात ट्रेन, वायु यातायात एवं अंतर्राज्यीय सड़क परिवहन प्रारंभ किया जाता है, तो यह संभावना है कि छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य में अन्य राज्यों से संक्रमित व्यक्ति आ सकते हैं, जिसमें छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य को नई परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ सकता है। इसी तरह की स्थितियां अन्य राज्यों में भी उत्पन्न होने की पूर्ण संभावना है।
