मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल बोले- लाॅकडाउन उठाने का निर्णय संवेदनशीलता और सावधानी के साथ होगा.. मरकज में गया कोई व्यक्ति मिसिंग नहीं, सभी 107 लोगों के सेम्पल लेकर की जा रही जांच

रायपुर- मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने कहा, कि लाॅकडाउन उठाने का निर्णय पूरी संवेदनशीलता और सावधानी के साथ लिया जाएगा। लाॅकडाउन उठाने का निर्णय करते समय हमें जीवन और जीविका के बीच संतुलन रखना होगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने यह बात आज पत्रकारों से वीडियो कांन्फ्रेसिंग के माध्यम से चर्चा के दौरान कही। इस चर्चा में रायपुर, बस्तर, सरगुजा, बिलासपुर, दुर्ग संभाग के लगभग 55 प्रतिनिधियों ने भाग लिया।

पत्रकारों से चर्चा करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा, कि हमे अपने दिमाग में से सोशल डिस्टेन्सिग जैसे शब्दों की जगह फिजिकल डिस्टेन्सिंग को लाना होगा। यह बदलाव उन सामाजिक दूरियों जिनके प्रभाव पलायन से लौटे, काम पर वापस आए मजदूर, पिछड़े तबके के लोगों के होने की संभावना है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रशासन प्रेरित लाॅकडाउन से भी आगे बढ़कर ग्राम की जनता ने स्वयं प्रेरित अनुशासन का लाकडाउन का सफल प्रयोग किया है, जिसके लिए वे बधाई के पात्र हैं।

मकरज से लौटे सभी की हुई पहचान

सीएम ने कहा, कि निजामुददीन मरकज से छत्तीसगढ़ लौटे तबलीगी जमात के लोगों में कोई भी मिसिंग नहीं है। वहां से 107 लोग वापस आए थे। उन सबकी पहचान कर ली गयी है। उन्हें क्वारेंटाइन में रखा गया है तथा उनके सेम्पल ले लिए गए हैं। वे लोग जिनके सम्पर्क में आए थे ट्रेवल हिस्ट्री निकाली जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि आन्ध्रप्रदेश की एसआईबी ने मोबाईल टावर के डाटा के आधार पर 159 लोगों की सूची जारी कर दी थी, जो सही नहीं थी। इसमें से कुछ ऐसे लोगों के नाम भी शामिल थे, जो केवल वहां से गुजरे थे और उनके नाम दर्ज हो गए। ये लोग मरकज में नहीं गए थे। बाद में भारत सरकार से मरकज में गए लोगों की जानकारी ली गयी, जिनमें 107 लोग ही शामिल थे।

स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं में कोई कमी नहीं

मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया, कि एम्स रायपुर और जगदलपुर के मेडिकल काॅलेज में कोरोना वायरस की टेस्टिंग की व्यवस्था है। अभी राजधानी रायपुर के मेकाहारा अस्पताल में टेस्टिंग की अनुमति मिली है। हमारे पास क्वारेंटाइन की व्यवस्था और पर्याप्त मात्रा में वेन्टिलेटर हैं। राज्य सरकार द्वारा टेस्टिंग किट के लिए टेंडर कर दिया गया है। जल्द ही किट भी उपलब्ध हो जाएंगे। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि राशन, सब्जी, दवाई, खाद-बीज आदि अत्यांवाश्यक सेवाओं को छूट दी गयी है। कटघोरा में नये केस मिलने के बाद कटघोरा में 100 प्रतिशत लाॅकडाउन किया गया है। वहां सभी लोगों की जांच की जा रही है। कटघोरा में शत-प्रतिशत लोगों की टेस्टिंग की जाएगी। राज्य में कोरोना प्रभावित संक्रमण प्रभावित 18 लोगों में से 09 स्वस्थ्य होकर घर जा चुके हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि कोरोना संक्रमण चीन से पूरी दुनिया में फैला। यदि इन्टरनेशनल फ्लाईट से आने वाले लोगों को वहीं क्वारेंटाइन किया जाता और वहीं उनकी जांच की जाती, तो संक्रमण नहीं फैलता। उन्होंने बताया कि राज्य की सीमा सील कर दी गयी है। राज्य के भीतर लाॅकडाउन में अत्यावश्यक सेवाओं के लिए छूट दी गयी। बाहर से आवागमन नहीं होने के कारण संक्रमण से बचे रहे। उन्होंने बताया कि दो माह का राशन वितरित किया जा रहा है। अनुसूचित क्षेत्र में महुआ और इमली की खरीदी वन समितियों और स्व-सहायता समूह के माध्यम से समर्थन मूल्य पर की जा रही है। छत्तीसगढ़ के जो मजदूर दूसरे राज्यों में फंसे हैं, उनकी सहायता के लिए नोडल अधिकारी नियुक्त किए गए हैं और हेल्पलाईन नम्बर जारी किया गया है। इन मजदूरों के लिए वहीं जरूरी व्यवस्था करायी जा रही है। स्वास्थ्य विभाग को कोरोना संक्रमण के रेंडम जांच के निर्देश भी दिए हैं।

पीएम की वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के बाद लॉकडाउन पर फैसला

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि कल प्रधानमंत्री की वीडियो कांन्फ्रेंस के बाद 12 अप्रैल को राज्य मंत्रीपरिषद की बैठक में चर्चा कर लाॅकडाउन के बारे में निर्णय लिया जाएगा। उन्होंने बताया कि प्रदेश में चना, गेहूं की फसल को असमय ओलावृष्टि से काफी नुकसान हुआ है। अभी गेहूं की कटाई चल रही है। गर्मी की धान भी किसान ले रहे हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि प्रदेश में मनरेगा में पांच लाख मजदूर काम कर रहे हैं।
