बिलासपुर– दैनिक उपयोग की सामानों को निर्धारित दर से अधिक रेट पर बेचना किराना व्यावसायी को उस समय महंगा पड़ गया जब इसकी सूचना नगर निगम कमिश्नर प्रभाकर पाण्डेय को मिली. कमिश्नर प्रभाकर पाण्डेय के निर्देश पर नगर निगम, खाद्य विभाग और तहसीलदार द्वारा संयुक्त कार्रवाई करते हुए सीपत रोड स्थित महालक्ष्मी प्रोविजन स्टोर को सील कर दिया गया है।
“कोरोना” वायरस के मद्देनजर किए गए लाॅकडाउन में आमजन को किसी भी प्रकार की कोई असुविधा ना हों इसके लिए आवश्यक सामग्रियों की दुकानों को समय-सीमा के भीतर खोलने की इजाजत दी गई है और कालाबाजारी को रोकने के लिए शासन द्वारा सामनों के बेचें जाने का दर भी निर्धारित किया गया है। लेकिन कुछ दुकानदार संकट की इस घड़ी में फायदा उठाने के लिए उपभोक्ताओं का शोषण कर रहें हैं।
आज ऐसे ही सीपत रोड स्थित अशोक नगर चौक के पास महालक्ष्मी प्रोविजन स्टोर के बारे में निगम कमिश्नर प्रभाकर पाण्डेय को सूचना मिली, कि संबंधित दुकानदार निर्धारित दर से अधिक मूल्य पर सामान बेच रहा है. राहल दाल जिसकी कीमत 100 रूपये है उसे 125 में,प्याज जिसका दर 26 रूपये निर्धारित है उसे 55 रूपये,115 रूपये में बेचे जाने वाले रिफाइनर तेल को 125 रूपये में। जिस पर कमिश्नर श्री पाण्डेय के निर्देश पर नगर निगम, खाद्य विभाग और तहसीलदार ने दुकान में दबिश दी, शिकायत सही पाए जाने पर दुकान को सील कर दिया गया है। विदित हो, कि शासन द्वारा निर्देश के तहत कालाबाजारी को रोकने के लिए ननि, खाद्य विभाग और तहसीलदार की टीम संयुक्त रूप से सतत निगरानी में जुटी हुई है।
कालाबाजारी बर्दाश्त नहीं- शैलेष
इस विपदा पे दिन रात एक कर गरीब मजदूरों को खाना व राशन पहचाने वाले नगर विधायक शैलेश पांडेय ने कहा, कि कालाबाजारी बिल्कुल बर्दाश्त नही की जाएगी, सभी दुकानदार आम जनता के साथ सहानुभूति व न्याय के साथ कार्य करे। सरकंडा स्थित महालक्ष्मी प्रोविजन, किराना व मेंडिकल की शिकायत मिली थी जिसको आज संयुक्त टीम ने सील कर दिया है, आगे भी शिकायत मिलेगी तो तत्काल कार्यवाही होगी, साथ ही जिन भी दुकानदारों का नाम निगम की लिस्ट में है, उन्हें अपनी दुकान में सम्पूर्ण सामान भी उपलब्ध रखे ताकि आम जनता को दिक्क्क्त न हो।
