रतनपुर नगर पालिका अध्यक्ष समेत 3 के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज.. पीडीएस चावल की हेराफेरी का मामला..

बिलासपुर– कोर पीडीएस के चावल की बंदरबांट के मामले में रतनपुर नगर पालिका अध्यक्ष घनश्याम रात्रे समेत तीन लोगों के खिलाफ रतनपुर थाने में एफआईआर दर्ज कराया गया है, पुलिस तीनों के खिलाफ आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम के तहत अपराध दर्ज कर जांच कर रही है।

मिली जानकारी के अनुसार पूर्व में नगर पालिका रतनपुर कार्यालय में 72 बोरी पीडीएस का चावल मिलने की शिकायत जिला प्रशासन से की गई। जिसमें तत्कालीन जिला कलेक्टर सारांश मित्तर के निर्देश पर चार सदस्यीय जांच समिति गठित की गई। उक्त जांच दल नायब तहतीलदार रतनपुर, सहायक खाद्य अधिकारी कोटा एवं सहकारिता विस्तार अधिकारी कोटा द्वारा कार्यालय अतिरिक्त तहसीलदार रतनपुर शामिल थे। जिन्होने नगर पालिका अध्यक्ष घनश्याम रात्रे के द्वारा नगर पालिका के कार्यालय में नगर पालिका अध्यक्ष रतनपुर के कमरे में तथा नगर पालिका परिसर में सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली का चावल अवैध रूप से रखना पाया है। वही उनका साथ देने वाले दुर्गावती स्वसहायता समुह के संचालक राजेन्द्र महावर और महामाया उपभोक्ता भंडार के संचालक जतिन महावर को जिम्मेदार होना पाया है। जिसके आधार पर रतनपुर थाना में तीनों के खिलाफ रविवार को छत्तीसगढ सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली नियंत्रण आदेश 2016 का उल्लंघन करना एवं आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम 1955 के तहत अपराध करना पाये जाने से धारा 3, 7 आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम 1955 पंजीबद्ध कर विवेचना में लिया गया है।

जिला प्रशासन के निर्देश पर गठित जांच में नगर पालिका परिषद रतनपुर के सीएमओ द्वारा 14 जून को जारी खरीदी पत्रक में लिपिकीय त्रुटि पाया गया है। जो कि नगर पालिका अध्यक्ष घनश्याम रात्रे के इशारों पर किया गया है। इसके अलावा जांच के दौरान पीडीएस दुकान रानी दुर्गावती स्वसहायता समूह के संचालक राजेन्द्र महावर और महामाया उपभोक्ता भंडार रतनपुर के संचालक जितिन महावर द्वारा पीडीएस के चावल को अधिक राशि मे बेचने की पुष्टि हुई है। विभागीय जांच में पीडीएस दुकान रानी दुर्गावती स्वसहायता समूह के भौतिक सत्यापन में 9.15 क्विंटल चावल कम होना पाया गया है। इन सब कार्यो के मुख्य सूत्रधार नगर पालिका अध्यक्ष घनश्याम रात्रे के कार्यालय से 67 प्लास्टिक बोरी सहित सिलाई मशीन मिली है।
