रतनपुर में विशेषज्ञ चिकित्सकों की मांग को लेकर स्वास्थ्य सचिव को सौंपा ज्ञापन, 8 साल से स्वीकृत हैं पद

रतनपुर– प्रदेश के स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण विभाग के सचिव निहारिका बारिक ने महामाया मंदिर में मत्था टेककर मां महामाया का आशीर्वाद लिया। इस दौरान उन्हे आठ साल से लंबित सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र रतनपुर में स्वीकृत पदों पर चिकित्सा विषेशज्ञों की नियुक्ति की मांग का ज्ञापन सौंपा गया।

एक दिन पहले ही मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल को भी रतनपुर प्रवास के दौरान ज्ञापन सौंपा गया था।
स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण विभाग के सचिव निहारिका बारिक बुधवार को महामाया मंदिर दर्षन के लिए पहुंची। सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता मोहम्मद उस्मान कुरैषी व अमर सिंह यादव ने उन्हे अवगत कराया कि छत्तीसगढ षासन स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण विभाग मंत्रालय दाउ कल्याण सिंह भवन रायपुर के पत्र क्रमांक एफ 12-16 /12/नौ/17 रायपुर दिनांक 31 मई 2012 के द्वारा संचालक स्वास्थ्य सेवायें रायपुर छग के प्रस्ताव क्रमांक 200/भवन विकास दिनांक 24 अप्रैल 2012 पर सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र रतनपुर में 39 पदों की स्वीकृति प्रदान की थी। इन पदों में खंड चिकित्सा अधिकारी, विषेशज्ञ मेडिसीन/सर्जन/स्त्री रोग/षिषुरोग, विषेशज्ञ निष्चेतना, सहायक षल्य चिकित्सक, रेडियोग्राफर, नर्सिंग स्टाप सहित विविध पदों पर पदस्थापना की जानी थी इन पदों पर अब तक नियुक्त नहीं की गई है।

प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र रतनुपर में ही पदस्थ स्टाप को समायोजित कर सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र का संचालन किया जा रहा है। ज्ञापन में सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र रतनपुर में स्त्री रोग विषेशज्ञ, भेशज विषेशज्ञ, षिषुरोग विषेशज्ञ, षल्य क्रिया विषेशज्ञ, बीएमओ और निष्चेतना विषेशज्ञ के एक-एक पद स्वीकृत पर नियुक्ति करने की मांग की गई है। गौरतलब हो कि सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र रतनपुर की ओपीडी में मरीजों की संख्या जिला अस्पताल बिलासपुर के समकक्ष ही है। वनांचल के गरीब तबके के मरीज जो कोरबा व पेडा जिलों के भी होते है इलाज के लिए पहुंचते हैं। इस क्षेत्र में सडक हादसों की संख्या भी अधिक है जिसकी वजह से गंभीर रूप से घायल मरीज को प्राथमिक इलाज कर रेफर करना पडता है।
