लॉकडाउन में भी खुलेंगी शराब दुकान! संचालन के लिए बनाई गई चार सदस्यीय टीम
रायपुर– प्रदेश में लॉकडाउन के बीच शराब दुकान खोलने की तैयारी की जा रही है।शराब दुकानों के संचालन के लिए बनी चार सदस्यीय समिति निर्देश देगी, कि किस तरह दुकानें खुले। आबकारी विभाग ने इस संबंध में आदेश जारी कर दिया है।
आबकारी विभाग के विशेष सचिव ने इस संबंध में एक पत्र जारी किया है, जिसमें कहा गया है, कि मदिरा की अनुपलब्धता के फलस्वरूप मदिरा प्रेमियों द्वारा अवैध मदिरा के उपयोग के कारण राज्य में लोगों की मृत्यु हुई है, ज़िलों में मदिरा प्रेमियों द्वारा आत्महत्या किया गया है अथवा आत्महत्या का प्रयास किया गया है। कई मदिरा प्रेमियों के द्वारा चोरी कर मदिरा का उपभोग किये जाने का समाचार भी प्राप्त हुआ है।
आबकारी विभाग का आदेश
ऐसी स्थिति में सरकार के आबकारी विभाग ने शराब दुकानों को फिर से खोलने का फ़ैसला किया है। एक चार सदस्यीय समिति भी बनाई गई है, जो तय करेगी कि लॉकडाउन के दौरान शराब दुकानों की संचालन कैसे किया जाएगा।
बता दें, संपूर्ण देश में लॉकडाउन के चलते राज्य सरकार ने प्रदेशभर के शराब दुकानों को बंद करने का ऐलान किया है। कोरोना वायरस के मद्देनजर प्रदेश में 7 अप्रैल तक शराब दुकानें बंद करने का निर्णय लिया गया था। इसके साथ ही राज्य सरकार ने सभी होटल,क्लब और बार को बंद करने के निर्देश दिए थे।
ऐसे में अभी लॉकडाउन को ध्यान में रखते हुए सरकार ने 7 अप्रैल तक शराब दुकान को बंद करने के आदेश दिए थे। संभवत: 7 अप्रैल के बाद शराब दुकानें की शटर उठ जाए।
