लॉकडाउन 5.0: 30 जून तक रहेगा लॉकडाउन.. केंद्र सरकार ने जारी की गाइडलाइन
नई दिल्ली– कोरोना वायरस से निपटने के लिए देश में एक बार फिर से लॉकडाउन लागू कर दिया है. लॉकडाउन 5.0 की गाइडलाइंस सरकार ने जारी कर दी है. कंटेनमेंट जोन के बाहर सरकार की ओर से चरणबद्ध तरीके से छूट दी दई है।
बता दें कि कोरोना वायरस से निपटने के लिए देश फिलहाल लॉकडाउन के दौर से गुजर रहा है. लॉकडाउन 4.0 की अवधि 31 मई को खत्म हो रही है. ऐसे में सरकार ने इसे और बढ़ा दिया है. लॉकडाउन 5.0 1 जून से 30 जून तक रहेगा. स्कूल-कॉलेज खोलने का फैसला केंद्र ने राज्यों पर छोड़ दिया है. जुलाई में राज्य इसपर फैसला लेंगे. होटल, धार्मिक स्थल, रेस्टोरेंट 8 जून से खोल दिए जाएंगे. हालांकि सरकार ने शर्तों के साथ खोलने की इजाजत दी है.
देशभर में रात 9 बजे से सुबह 5 बजे तक कर्फ्यू लागू रहेगा. लोग एक राज्य से दूसरे राज्य जा सकेंगे. लोगों को अब पास दिखाने की भी जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी.
सरकार ने इसे Lockdown 5.0 के बजाए Unlock 1.0 नाम दिया है। नई गाइडलाइन 30 जून तक के लिए जारी गई है। इस दौरान अलग-अलग चरण में छूट दी जाएगी। पहले चरण में 8 जून से धार्मिक स्थल खोलने की अनुमति दी गई है। होटल रेस्त्रां खुलेंगे। शॉपिंग मॉल भी खुल जाएंगे। सुबह 9 बजे से 5 बजे तक ही कर्फ्यू रहेगा। इसके बाद Unlock का दूसरा चरण लगाया जाएगा और स्कूल कॉलेज खोलने की अनुमति दी जाएगी। 8 जून से लागू होने वाले Unlock 1.0 में शादी ब्याह के लिए अनुमति नहीं दी गई है। शादी में 50 से ज्यादा मेहमान की अनुमति नहीं होगी।
चरणबद्ध खुलेगा लॉकडाउन
चरण I: सार्वजनिक स्थानों और पूजा के सार्वजनिक स्थान; होटल, रेस्तरां और अन्य आतिथ्य सेवाएं और शॉपिंग मॉल को 8 जून, 2020 से खोलने की अनुमति दी जाएगी। सरकार इस संबंध में दिशानिर्देश जारी करेगी।
चरण 2: स्कूल, कॉलेज, शैक्षिक / प्रशिक्षण / कोचिंग संस्थान आदि, राज्यों और केंद्रशासित प्रदेशों के साथ विचार-विमर्श के बाद खोले जाएंगे।
चरण 3: अंतर्राष्ट्रीय हवाई यात्रा, मेट्रो रेल का संचालन, सिनेमा हॉल, व्यायामशाला, स्विमिंग पूल, मनोरंजन पार्क आदि के लिए तिथियों का निर्धारण स्थिति के आकलन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
जिन इलाकों में कोरोना वायरस के हॉटस्पॉट हैं, वहां Lockdown 4.0 की गाइडलाइन लागू रहेंगी। ये नियम 30 जून तक जारी रहेंगे। यानी मुंबई, अहमदाबाद, इंदौर समेत जो शहर हॉट स्पॉट बने हुए हैं, वहां अभी जैसी पाबंदियां जारी रहेंगी।
