1 हजार करोड़ के NGO घोटाले में CBI ने दर्ज की FIR, हाईकोर्ट ने दिया था निर्देश

बिलासपुर– NGO की आड़ में 1 हजार करोड़ का घोटाला मामले में हाईकोर्ट के निर्देश पर सीबीआई ने FIR दर्ज कर लिया है। कोर्ट ने एक सप्ताह के भीतर FIR दर्ज करने का निर्देश दिया था, जिस पर CBI की ओर से यह जानकारी दी गई है। NGO मामले में CBI ने यह FIR भोपाल में दर्ज किया है।

समाज कल्याण विभाग के अंतर्गत संचालित बताए गए NGO को काग़ज़ी मानते हुए, हाईकोर्ट की डबल बेंच जिसमें जस्टिस प्रशांत मिश्रा और जस्टिस पी पी साहू शामिल हैं के द्वारा CBI को सात दिनों के भीतर FIR दर्ज किए जाने के निर्देश दिए गए थे।

आपको बता दें, कि हाईकोर्ट ने बीते 30 जनवरी को सार्वजनिक किए आदेश में रेणूका सिंह समेत 12 IAS अधिकारियों पर FIR दर्ज करने के निर्देश दिए थे, राज्य की ओर से भी आज रिव्यू का आवेदन दिया गया था। रिव्यू के दौरान CBI की ओर से उपस्थित ASG गोपा कुमार ने कोर्ट को बताया, कि CBI इस मसले पर हाईकोर्ट के निर्देशानुसार FIR दर्ज कर चुकी है।
