बिलासपुर– पुलिस ने सरकंडा थाना क्षेत्र के चंद्रकांता कालोनी में अजित पाटले के घर हुई लगभग 7 लाख 20 हजार की चोरी के मामले में सरकंडा पुलिस को बड़ी सफलता मिली है। पुलिस ने आदतन अपराधी को हिरासत में लेकर पूछताछ की, तो मामले का खुलासा हुआ।
पुलिस ने चिंगराजपारा के सुखदेव वर्मा और सतीश वर्मा जो आदतन चोर है, कई प्रकरणों में जेल जा चुके है, उन्हें शक के आधार पर हिरासत में लेकर पूछताछ की, तो उन्होंने अपना जुर्म कबूल किया। आरोपियों ने बताया, कि घटना के दिन उन्होंने चन्द्रकान्ता कालोनी में घूमकर रेकी की थी, जहाँ एक मकान में ताला लगा हुआ था, जहाँ रात में उन्होंने अपने एक और साथी लाला सूर्यवंशी के साथ मिलकर चोरी की थी।

पुलिस ने आरोपियों की निशानदेही पर चार खरीददार लक्ष्मीनारायण पटेल, छैलू साहू, राजू सोनी चिंगराजपारा और हीरा सोनी तेलीपारा सरजू बगीचा को गिरफ्तार किया है। जिनसे दो नग सोने के बिस्किट, एक नग सोने की चैन, एक हीरा जड़ित सोने की अंगूठी, चांदी के जेवर, एक नग कान के झुमके, 2 नग कान की बाली, सोने का हार सहित लगभग 7 लाख 20 हजार के माल को बरामद किया गया है।
