तखतपुर (टेकचंद कारड़ा)- घर के बाहर मोबाइल में बात करते वक्त गाली गलौज करने वाले युवक को मना करने पर युवक ने पिता-पुत्र दोनों के साथ हाथ मुक्का से मारपीट की, पुलिस ने प्रार्थी की रिपोर्ट पर 506, 294, 323, 34 भादवि की धारा के तहत अपराध पंजीबद्ध कर विवेचना में लिया।

घुरु में डेयरी का व्यवसाय करने वाले भुवनेश यादव 5 मार्च को अपने घर पर था रात्रि करीब 08-30 बजे गांव का रवि गुप्ता घर के सामने मोबाईल से किसी को गाली गलौच कर रहा था तब प्रार्थी उसको बोला कि घर के सामने खडे होकर क्यो गाली गलौच कर रहे हो इसी बात से नाराज होकर रवि गुप्ता थोडी दूर जाकर गाली देने लगा फोन से अपने साथी लोगो को बुला लिया। उसके साथी और रवि आकर मुझे फिर गाली देने लगा उसे सुनकर का पिता शिव कुमार यादव भी घर से बाहर निकले तो रवि गुप्ता एवं उसके साथी मेरे पिता शिव कुमार यादव भी घर से बाहर निकले तो रवि गुप्ता एवं उसके साथी गाली देते हुए डंडा एवं पाईप से प्रार्थी और उसके पिताजी के साथ मारपीट किये जिससे बाये हाथ पंजे तथा बाये कान एवं सिर में एवं पिता शिव कुमार के सिर में चोट आई प्रार्थी की रिपोर्ट पर 506, 294, 323, 34 भादवि की धारा के तहत अपराध पंजीबद्ध कर विवेचना में लिया।
